Sonia Varvara – From nursing to massage therapy.

Cupping technique

I was 12 y/o when I decided I would be a nurse when I grew up. In 2000, I finished my Nursing college in Romania. I was a young Nurse full of passion to work and to help people restore their health.

In 2004, I married my dear husband, Florin, who brought me to the USA, where we had 3 beautiful children.

In the USA, I’ve worked as a Medical Assistant at “Adult and Pediatric Allergy Associates “ for about 8 years, which I really enjoyed.

It all started one Friday afternoon in 2018 when I received a phone call from a Romanian Lady, informing me that she would start a massage class, where we would learn Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Nutrition. I felt that this was an answer from God to my prayers.”How can I better serve people who need me?

This was the answer for me; I was chosen by God, and I immediately accepted the challenge of learning a new pathway.

After finishing the course, I started to work with my family and friends, seeing a huge transformation in their well-being, gaining more power, more energy, less pain, and more happiness.

I fell in love with Manual Lymphatic Drainage; this is one of my favorite therapies, because now I understand something that I did not pay too much attention to in my nursing school.

Now I know the importance of having a clean sewer system, our garbage can( the way I like to call it), and this is called the mighty “Lymphatic System”.

In 2019, I discovered the Essential Oils, and for 2 years, I was engaged in learning their power and what they can do for our bodies. I was fascinated by them, how they helped my little son with coughing and fever in only one day.

In 2022, I decided to attend a Raindrop Class by “Center of Aromatherapy Resources and Education” to become a “Raindrop Facilitator”.

This is another amazing technique that I use to restore the body’s balance and gain vitality.

After all this, God called me to go dig deeper into the Medical massage school.

In 2025, I successfully graduated from Arizona Medical Massage and Wellness school.

Now I feel I’m very well prepared academically to serve my community, and I’m ready to offer the most effective and efficient therapy for my clients and help them achieve the best clinical outcome.

I’ve decided to create my Precise Private Practice on the 4 Pillars of service, offering Effective, Efficient, and Exquisite Experience.
